Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Upon expiry of a Gift Voucher any unused value is forfeited.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. Cannot be exchanged.
Vouchers can be refunded only within 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be electronically transferred to your account.
Gift Vouchers can only be used once per vehicle per service.
Gift Vouchers cannot be combined or redeemed with additional promotions.
Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift vouchers.
Additional charges of $65 apply if your car has excessive dirt, mud, stain, grease, sand, dog hair, tree sap and red soil.
Aus Auto Detailing retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
Aus Auto Detailing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Once you used your voucher, the one received by email, you need to sign the form and return to Aus Auto Detailing. For the voucher received by post, you have to return the signed tear-off part to Aus Auto Detailing.
When buying voucher online, you must fill in your information correctly.
If you purchase the gift voucher and choose to deliver it by post, you will receive it within 5 working days.
