If you believe that a service has not been completed in accordance with the agreed scope of work or has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill, please notify Aus Auto Detailing as soon as reasonably practicable.

To assist with the investigation of any concern, customers should:

  • notify Aus Auto Detailing within 48 hours of becoming aware of the issue; and
  • provide photographs or other supporting evidence within 24 hours of lodging the complaint where reasonably practicable.

Prompt notification and supporting evidence assist us in assessing the condition of the vehicle and determining the cause of any issue. Delays in reporting concerns or failure to provide supporting evidence may affect our ability to investigate the matter, determine responsibility, or verify that the issue existed at the completion of the service.

Where a service has not been provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, Aus Auto Detailing will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
