Pricing & Payment

1. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Aus Auto Detailing website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Quoted prices are based on the information provided by the customer, including the vehicle type, size, condition and requested services.

If, upon inspection, the vehicle is found to be in a substantially different condition to that described at the time of booking, or additional services are required to complete the requested work, Aus Auto Detailing may recommend additional services or a revised price.

No additional charges will be applied without first discussing the matter with the customer and obtaining their approval.

2. Estimates and Quotations

Any estimate provided before inspection of the vehicle is an indicative estimate only.

Final pricing may vary where:

• The vehicle condition differs materially from the information provided during booking;
• Additional contamination, staining, pet hair, mould, biohazards or other conditions require additional labour or specialised treatment;
• Additional services are requested by the customer; or
• Circumstances are identified during inspection that could not reasonably have been known at the time the estimate was provided.

Where a revised quotation is required, customers will be informed before additional work is undertaken.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Aus Auto Detailing accepts payment by:

• Cash;
• Bank transfer;
• EFTPOS;
• Debit card;
• Credit card; and
• Valid Aus Auto Detailing gift vouchers.

Where payment is made by bank transfer, proof of payment may be requested before the vehicle is released or before staff leave the service location.

4. Deposits

Certain services, bookings, fleet services or high-value bookings may require a deposit before a booking is confirmed.

Any deposit requirements will be disclosed to the customer at the time of booking.

Deposits paid will be applied toward the final invoice for services provided.

Deposits are subject to the Aus Auto Detailing Deposit Terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with these Pricing and Payment Terms.

5. Invoices

Invoices and receipts may be provided electronically to the email address supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and current.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable only for services provided by Aus Auto Detailing and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Gift vouchers remain subject to any expiry dates or conditions stated on the voucher and applicable gift card legislation.

7. Non-Payment

Aus Auto Detailing reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Pricing and Payment Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or any other
applicable legislation.

9. Changes to This Terms

Aus Auto Detailing may amend this Pricing and Payment Terms from time to time.
Any amendments will be published on the Aus Auto Detailing website and will apply only to bookings made after the amended terms become effective, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the customer.
