Customers acknowledge that vehicles may contain pre-existing defects, damage, wear and tear, deterioration, or previous repairs that may not be visible during the initial inspection.
The cleaning, detailing, polishing, paint correction, stain removal, mould treatment, odour treatment, and restoration processes may reveal pre-existing conditions that were previously concealed by dirt, contamination, staining, oxidation, fading, wear, or other factors. Examples may include, but are not limited to:
Where pre-existing defects or damage are identified before or during the service, Aus Auto Detailing may bring them to the customer's attention where reasonably practicable.
Aus Auto Detailing is not responsible for the repair, correction, replacement, or restoration of pre-existing defects, damage, wear and tear, deterioration, or conditions that existed prior to commencement of the service unless such work forms part of the services specifically purchased by the customer.
Customers acknowledge that older, worn, damaged, fragile, previously repaired, or deteriorated components may be more susceptible to failure during the normal performance of detailing services despite the exercise of reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Aus Auto Detailing remains responsible for any loss or damage caused by its failure to exercise due care and skill or otherwise as required by law.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions will apply only to future bookings and services made after the revised terms are published.
