Important: Gift vouchers are only redeemable where the vehicle is located in a reasonably accessible service location. Vehicles located in underground, basement, restricted-access or otherwise inaccessible car parks may not be eligible for mobile detailing services. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether your location is suitable.
1. Purchasing a Gift Voucher
When purchasing a gift voucher online, customers must ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Delivery of Gift Voucher
Once purchased, the gift voucher will be delivered electronically to the nominated email address, generally within 5 minutes of purchase.

If the gift voucher has limited days (5–10 days) remaining prior to its expiry and the customer wishes to make a booking, but Aus Auto Detailing's next available appointment is after the voucher's expiry date, an extension of 30 days will be granted.
6. Extension Confirmation
If an authorised 30-day extension is granted by Aus Auto Detailing, the customer will receive confirmation via email and SMS. This confirmation must be presented as evidence of the extension on the day of service.
7. Verification and Redemption
Once our team arrives on the booked service date, customers may be required to present the voucher (or voucher details) for verification. Customers may also be required to sign a redemption confirmation form.

Additional charges may apply where:
Additional charges of $95 may apply if your car has excessive dirt, mud, stain, grease, sand, dog hair, tree sap and red soil.
Any applicable additional charges will be discussed with the customer before work proceeds where reasonably practicable.
10. Missing or Deleted Gift Voucher Emails
Gift vouchers are delivered electronically via email. Customers are responsible for retaining their gift voucher email and voucher details.
If a gift voucher email has been deleted, lost, or cannot be located, the original purchaser must contact Aus Auto Detailing directly and provide sufficient information to verify the purchase. Where satisfactory proof of purchase can be provided and the gift voucher has not already been redeemed, Aus Auto Detailing may, at its discretion, reissue the voucher or resend the voucher email.
Aus Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse a reissue or resend request where the purchase cannot be verified or where the voucher has already been redeemed.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Refunds
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase where the voucher has not been redeemed, subject to applicable consumer rights and any requirements under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that consumers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Fraud and Tampering
Aus Auto Detailing reserves the right to reject any gift voucher that has been altered, tampered with, duplicated, damaged or is otherwise reasonably suspected of fraudulent use.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Aus Auto Detailing may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will not affect accrued rights relating to gift vouchers already purchased and will be subject to applicable law.
