Gift Vouchers

When buying voucher online, you must fill in your information correctly.
Once you purchase the gift voucher, you will receive it by email within 5 minutes.
Once we arrive on the booking day, please show us the voucher for verification.
Once you used your voucher, we will give you a form to sign and return it to Aus Auto Detailing.
Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 36 months from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Upon expiry of a Gift Voucher any unused value is forfeited.
If the gift voucher has limited days (5-10 days) left prior to its expiration and you decide to make a booking but our available schedule is after the voucher's expiry date, an extension of 30 days will be granted.
If authorized 30 days extension is given by Aus Auto Detailing, you will receive an extension confirmation via email and SMS. It must be presented as a proof that you have a valid extension on the day of the service.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. Cannot be exchanged.
Vouchers can be refunded only within 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be electronically transferred to your account.
Gift Vouchers cannot be combined or redeemed with additional promotions.
Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift vouchers.
Additional charges of $95 may apply if your car has excessive dirt, mud, stain, grease, sand, dog hair, tree sap and red soil.
Aus Auto Detailing retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
Aus Auto Detailing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
