1. Service Communications

By making a booking, submitting an enquiry, purchasing a gift voucher, or otherwise interacting with Aus Auto Detailing, customers agree that Aus Auto Detailing may communicate with them by telephone, SMS, email or other reasonable communication methods in relation to:

  • Booking confirmations;
  • Appointment reminders;
  • Service updates;
  • Quotations and estimates;
  • Deposits, invoices and receipts;
  • Payment confirmations;
  • Gift voucher purchases and redemptions;
  • Cancellation or rescheduling notifications;
  • Customer service enquiries; and
  • Other communications reasonably required to provide the requested services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.

2. Appointment Reminders

Aus Auto Detailing may send appointment reminders before a scheduled booking.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide appointment reminders, customers remain responsible for attending, managing and monitoring their bookings in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms.

Failure to receive an appointment reminder does not relieve a customer of their obligations relating to a booking.

3. Sharing Information with Service Providers

Where reasonably necessary to provide requested services, Aus Auto Detailing may share relevant customer information with employees, contractors, subcontractors and service providers engaged on our behalf.

Information shared may include:

  • Customer name;
  • Contact details;
  • Service address;
  • Vehicle information;
  • Booking details; and
  • Other information reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.

Only information reasonably necessary to provide the services will be shared.

4. Privacy

The collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information is governed by the Aus Auto Detailing Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy for further information regarding how personal information is collected, used, stored, disclosed and protected.

5. Marketing Communications

Where customers have consented to receive marketing communications, Aus Auto Detailing may send:

  • Service updates;
  • Business announcements; and
  • Other marketing materials relating to our services.

Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Using the unsubscribe facility provided in the communication; or
  • Contacting Aus Auto Detailing directly.

Operational, booking-related and service-related communications may still be sent where reasonably necessary to provide services.

6. Electronic Communications

Customers acknowledge that communications sent by email or SMS may not always be secure and may be subject to delays, interruptions or transmission errors beyond the control of Aus Auto Detailing.

To the extent permitted by law, Aus Auto Detailing is not responsible for delays or failures in communication caused by telecommunications providers, internet service providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Changes to This Terms

Aus Auto Detailing may amend this Communications Terms from time to time.

Any amendments will be published on the Aus Auto Detailing website and will apply only to bookings made after the amended terms becomes effective, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the customer.
